Ceramic rice grinding roller is a compact mixture of abrasive and ceramic binder (its main component is inorganic salt) sintered at a high temperature above 1200 ℃. Therefore, the resin rice grinding sand roller is still widely used in rice processing practice. The resin rice grinding roller is a porous mixture of resin binder (mainly phenolic resin or epoxy resin) and abrasive (mainly black silicon carbide) sintered at 180 ℃. Due to its low sintering temperature, loose structure, easy falling off of abrasive particles, good self-sharpening performance, and continuous generation of multi-edge and angular abrasive particles with sharp edges in the working process, the grinding effect of the sand roller on rice particles is enhanced and the rice milling efficiency is improved. Therefore, the resin rice grinding sand roller (hereinafter referred to as the sand roller for convenience of description) has the advantages of no damage to rice particles, low rice crushing rate, and high rice yield It has the advantages of high rice milling efficiency and low power consumption. It is especially suitable for the processing of raw grain with poor quality and powder plasmid.
