In addition to the above four points, there are more comprehensive factors affecting the color selection effect. For example, when the software upgrade and the reaction speed of the spray valve are met at the same time, the motion speed of the servo system, the maximum speed of the conveyor belt, and the purity of raw materials will affect the color selection accuracy and the processing capacity of single bit time;
Some proper terms related to color sorter
1. Cleaning rate: the ratio of the different color materials actually removed after color selection to the different color materials to be removed before color selection. The higher the cleaning rate, the better the machine performance.
2. Take-out ratio: the ratio of different color particles removed by color selection to qualified particles brought out by color selection. The smaller the take-out ratio, the better the machine performance.
3. Output: total weight of selected materials per hour.
4. Channel: refers to the number of nozzles of the action mechanism for removing different color particles in the color sorter, which is equal to the number of solenoid valves.
