The rice enters the machine from the hopper at the top. Through the vibration of the vibrator device, the rice slides along the channel accelerate its fall, enters the observation area in the sorting room, and passes between the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the intensity and color change of the light, the system generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to work, blow out different color particles to the waste cavity of the receiving hopper, and the good rice continues to fall to the finished product cavity of the receiving hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of selection. The large Beige separator can not only screen different colored rice grains, but also screen sand, gravel, soil blocks, and other different colored grains.
